Board (non-refundable) includes all necessary feed and facility usage (indoor arena, outdoor arena, trails, tack room, 2 indoor hot water wash racks, heated bathroom, grass paddock turnout). Additional services, such as layups, medicating, isolation care, grooming, blanketing, lungeing, injury care, attending and holding for vet/farrier visits, may be available by advance arrangement on a pay-per-service basis. ALL horses prior to entering farm must document Coggins within 12 months plus flu/rhino vaccine within 1-6 months, and start in solo isolation housing. Self-care board is not available. As an active breeding farm we require full vaccinations and health records prior to all arrivals for the safety of our resident horses; and during foaling season Apr-Jun the indoor arena may be unavailable after 6PM and for a few days after each foal arrives. New horses and handlers must observe biosecurity protocols and physically distance from all resident horses.
